Painting old or used furniture

Hand painting your old or used furniture can be a very daunting task, you can achieve very good result with the right painting tools and equipment, I have been painting & decorating in and around East Grinstead, West Sussex for many years and still find certain tasks a challenge.

My son loves Brighton Hove Albion football team, he asked me to update an old chest of drawers we had in the garage, he decided on a Blue & White stripe the same as the home football kit, I even colour matched the blue from his home football shirt. 

I used Dulux Satin Water based, Zinsser BIN, Bullseye 123 and Bedec Aqua Advanced Satin, I also used Green Frog tape to lay out the lines.
