Dust free Sanding East Grinstead West Sussex

My name is Lee or "LeeLee" as i'm normally called for some reason!! i'm a Painter and Decorator.

I have been offering dust free sanding in and around East Grinstead & Forest Row for some time now and although I'm stating dust free what I really mean is dust nearly free! Which is about as close to dust free as you can get...

I use a combination of different sanders that reduce the dust to a level of approx 4% or 96% dust free by using a suction dust extraction system, the difference between sanding without a dust extraction system is massive and seriously bad to anyone's health. If sanding without a dust extractor the fine particles of dust can irritate the lungs and cause long term health problems for the painter & decorator and also the clients.

I have been painting & decorating for some years, in the old days we used to sand almost anything without a mask!! things have change massively over the last 10 years masks & dust extraction is now the norm for the professional painter & decorator.

I use the Makita series of finishing sanders for light decorating work, I use a RTS 400 Festool sander for really hard to shift paint or if I need to get back to bare wood, and for some fine finishing I use the Mirka handy all rigged up to either a Henry vacuum if only a small job, or a Festool extractor if it's a bigger painting job and needs more prolonged sander use.
